We cannot say enough about Jeremiah Collins, and his wife Rose. From the very start, they have gone above and beyond and helped us find our dream home in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We were very impressed with Jer from the first day he introduced himself and visited our home as we were interviewing realtors. He was very knowledgeable of the area and the market. Presented himself very well and understood what we were looking for in selling our home. We found Jer very easy to work with and not pushy as other realtors we have had in the past. We felt he was very good at negotiation with multiple offers coming in and helped us reset after a sale fell through to get the home moving again for the next buyer.
